HOW TO ORDER
- Contact us to provide your name, business name, address, email, phone, and EIN.
- Place your order by sending us a list of the product names from our website along with sizes and quantities. Once we receive the order, we will send a PayPal invoice.
- Minimum order $100.
- Authorized retailers will receive 50% off retail price. All prices are in US Dollars.
- All items have a small Mila Stella fabric tag on the back behind the fastening loop.
- By default, all items are shipped individually packaged in cello bags.
- You have the option of the items arriving on hanging cards, or they can be individually packaged in sliding window boxes. Individual packaging will increase the wholesale price.
- Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for production of your order. Depending on the size of your order, it is likely to ship sooner.
- Shipping & handling charges will be calculated and invoiced once the order is ready to ship.
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
- Please inspect all items upon arrival and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced.
Please remember, all items are handmade. Due to the nature of the item and pattern placement, each item may vary slightly.
